Core Competencies

*Assembles project plans and teamwork assignments, directs and monitors work efforts on a daily basis, identifies resource needs, performs quality review, and escalates functional, quality, timeline issues appropriately
*Prepares the business case showing the business impact of the project (costs/savings/revenues/intangible benefits)
*Tracks key project milestones and reports accordingly using mandated tools and in accordance with governance. Adjusts project plans and/or resources to meet the needs of customers
*Coordinates communication with all areas of the enterprise that impacts the scope, budget, risk and resources of the work effort being managed
*Ensures an excellent understanding of the business unit being worked with and their priorities
*Ensures adherence to quality standards and reviews project deliverables
*Manages all activities and deliverables
*Staff at this level typically manage projects with budgets up to EUR2M.
*Fully knowledgeable of the Product Development process
*Possess knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques
*Typically possesses 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience
*Degree in a relevant field of work or equivalent work experience
*Experience of both waterfall and iterative methodologies
*Prince II Practitioner or PMI certification
