Project Manager - DWH Migration - Banking - Zürich

PROJECT MANAGER FOR DWH MIGRATION - For our client, a major bank, we are currently looking for a senior Project Manager with strong skills in Data Warehouse and Oracle Architecture to join a complex and challenging DWH platform migration project.

YOUR TASKS:

- Leading a highly motivated and senior core team
- Co-ordinate within DWH community, meeting with the various DWH and BI stakeholders within in the bank
- Spokesperson for application development and entry window for Technical IT
- Co-ordinate 150 applications to migrate onto the new platform including DWH "framework" updates
- Creation and Documentation of project documents incl. plan, status reports, etc.
- Status reports to higher management, business and stakeholders
- Leading project team and meetings
- Consult application representatives in their migration
- Ensure common standards, processes and tools are adopted
- High dedication to quality of his deliverables

YOUR SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Seniority in project management
- Good understanding of Data Warehouse and Oracle Architecture
- possible experience with ETL tools and Unix
- Fluency in German and English
