Project Manager - DWH

Conceptual awareness of core project management techniques and some practical experience (PRACTITIONER) Practicing Project manager who has either completed a formal course in project management techniques, behavioural skills, have some team handling experience or demonstrated sufficient experience in projects handled and/or has cleared suitable internal assessments. Will be responsible for medium sized projects or projects of moderate criticality (defined byinternal and customer context) and be able to handle projects with varying scope and conflict with some level of supervision and guidance fromline/practice manager. Will be responsible for delivering the project using organization project management/execution tools to effort, cost, schedule andquality. Will be responsible for planning, tracking, reporting (internal and external) project performance (status and progress) on a periodic basis. Will beable to evolve risk mitigation and contingency plans and be able to work with internal supervision/guidance to manage internal and external conflicts

DWH-BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE, INFORMATICA POWERCENTER, TERADATA

Data Warehousing -Should have competency and work experience on Data Warehouse and ETL Tool(Informatica/Abinito/OWB/Hyperion) concepts. Proficient in SQL Query writing. Exposure to Data warehouse maintenance is added advantage. Should be aware of the different stages of the Data Warehouse architecture like, Data Souring Layer, Data Staging Layer, Data Management Layer, Information Layer,Infrastructure Layer, Data Feed Layer, and Data Access Layer. Aware of the Fact, Dimension, and Star schema technology of the Data Warehouse. Should have worked on at least one Data Warehouse implementation project.
