A major programme is underway to efficiently and effectively transform the organisations management of information. A Project Manager is required to project manage the Information Architecture Work stream which includes day to day project management against the transformation programmes procedures and processes, generation of project documentation, reporting, risks and issues management.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Project Management of the Information Architecture work stream during year 1 of the transformation programme. Activities to include workshop organisation and facilitation, information/ decision/ discussion capture, management of interface with the programme control and associated documentation, progress monitoring to keep work on track. Anticipated benefit is that will allow the team to concentrate on content delivery, design work and consultation.

Qualification/ Experience Required:

Ideally Prince 2 practitioner or APMP certified project manager. Proven experience in shaping projects and engagement with a wide variety of internal and external stakeholder is essential. Must be familiar with architecture, business change, project development lifecycles and benefits management.
