Our Global Client is looking for a PROJECT MANAGER
Do you have a favorite brand for pens with which you write whiteboards full? Are your legs extra muscled by that many standing up during the stand-ups that you lead? A good start! You can probably find yourself in this vacancy.
Your challenge As a project manager you come home in an Agile environment and manage projects from A to Z.You lead your own team of developers whistling from stand-up to stand-up and coach them through each project.
You carry out these DIGITAL PROJECTS for the customers, of which you are the first point of contact:
-planning meetings, reporting and commercial and strategic thinking are all part of that.And to make the picture complete, you work closely with the technical lead, the account manager, the solution architect, web developers, graphic designers and the operations director for all projects.With each project you determine the scope, the planning and the budget.
You collect the business requirements and are the speaking clock that ensures that the project is delivered on time.
You then link back to senior management on a weekly basis, because they too want to know the status of the different projects.
Your qualities You breathe WEB DEVELOPMENT.
You speak DUTCH AND ENGLISH. French is a nice bonus.
In addition to these national languages, you also speak the language of developers and testers. Being able to talk and think with technical leads is a must to be able to communicate with your team. Under Prince2, SCRUM is more than a sports term for you.
You motivate your team and ensure that deadlines are respected.You also have the necessary communication skills for that.
