IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Contributing to project planning, monitoring and execution of projects to develop Diagnostic Systems
-Interface between multiple disciplines to ensure teams effectively deliver on the project objectives
-Implement best practices and provide project/portfolio related information
-Creating and maintaining integrated task, resource and budget plans
-Coaching and supporting the project teams in planning, reporting and control, risk and opportunity management
-Moderation of meetings and workshops as well as managing project information to support decision making
-Guiding Project Management related team processes, ensuring consistency, transparency and optimization
-Fostering continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange
-Defining, measuring and reporting key performance indicators for projects, enabling teams and functions to measure and improve quality, efficiency and effectiveness
-Performing budget and cost analyses for financial planning and status tracking

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Academic degree in the field of Science or Engineering
-Project Management training and certification (e.g. PMP®) is an asset
-Previous experience with standard project management processes (e.g. PMI, Agile)
-Experience in product development in an international matrix organization, Medical Diagnostics industry is a plus
-Experience in budget management, project coordination and cross-functional project responsibility
-Self-motivation with a great ability to find solutions to complex problems
-Interpersonal skills in building trustful relationships with peers in a multi-cultural environment are key to succeed
-Good analytical thinking, a structured working manner, ability to prioritize, plan and manage multiple tasks with a sense of urgency
-Fluent English and good German skills
