We are seeking to hear from MRICS or MCIOB qualified candidates who have experience in construction of schools for one of our valued public sector clients. Candidates must have significant experience of working as a delivery manager on both minor and major projects of large complex school programmes of work. Ideally candidates will have proved experience of working as a client side delivery manager devliering large, complex school programmes.
The successful candidate will take the lead in managing designated projects from end to end and will be expected to deliver projects on time and on budger (in excess of £100 million).
