Project Manager, Data Mapping in Geneva (Banking)

For our client based in Geneva, we are looking for a Project Manager Data Mapping for a 6 months project.

RESPONSABILITIES

1. Project:

- Monitoring of project deliverables;
- Production/project dashboards;
- Refit and monitor risks;
- Management of change requests;
- Project scope management;
- Analyzing the functional specifications and request the necessary additional information.
- Go to the project team any concern implementation posed by the application to perform, and suggest ways to respond to functional needs in view of the possibilities of technology considered.
- Estimate the workload of the work which he/she is responsible to meet demand;
- Replace ASAP any delay in implementation;

2. Support:
- Provide the necessary support of 1st and 2nd levels to post-migration user (via the phone and email) to collect the information necessary for the effective resolution of tickets;
- Perform entry tickets, using the JIRA tool comprehensively, detailed;
- Monitor and restart, if necessary, tickets using the JIRA tool.

MUST HAVE
- Experience in development of various languages " including Sybase, Oracle and Java;
- Experience in supporting users (1st and 2nd level ), in a context of private banking;
- Experience with customer data in the context of private banking;
- Min. 5 years of project management experience and project reporting;
- Work experience in an international multi-site environment;
- small team management experience 3-5 years.

- Data Migration experience
