Project Manager - Customer Side of Change - Current Accounts - Halifax

ROLE: PROJECT MANAGER - DELIVERY - CUSTOMER SERVICE - CUSTOMER SIDE OF CHANGE

PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAMME

- To amend/upgrade/change various aspects of the Personal Current Accounts range.

PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

- To provide project management and support to CS dealing with larger programmes across the Divisions mainly PCA.
- Project delivery into the Customer Services environment
- Working with the business and representatives from across the divisions ensuring impact of change on customers and colleagues is considered and built into programme plans
- Co-ordinate and/or contribute to the design, development and specification of new/revised processes and systems, documentation, training materials, etc, as required.
- Implement Changes into the Customer Services environment
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with appropriate colleagues in own and other business units; influencing buy-in' and maintaining a high level of knowledge on relevant systems, processes and new developments appropriate to own projects/area of specialism.

CORE SKILLS

- Experience of providing project management support to major change projects.
- Experience in supporting low/medium risk/impact projects.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Understanding of Programme delivery and Group methodology.
- Understanding of people change.
- Implements appropriate communication strategies for the customers and colleagues.
- Completes formal project reviews at appropriate points in the project life cycle
