Project Manager with skills in managing the implementation of new call centres with strong skills in Avaya needed by this leading Internet Company to be based in their Stockholm office.

In the role you will be working closely with their other European Offices and be responsible for Project Managing the set up of their new Call Centre working closely with external call centre technology suppliers (Avaya) helping to deliver a cutting edge solution.

The successful candidate will have very strong Technical Project Management experience (5 yrs+). Have experience of Project Managing the Set Up of a Call Centres. Have solid commercial experience of implementing Avaya solutions in a call centre environment. Any skills in Kana Ciboodle, Verint nice to have. Have experience of working with 3rd party call centre technologies suppliers.
