PROJECT MANAGER, CONSTRUCTION, SCHOOLS CAPITAL PROGRAMME, CONTRACT, NORTH LONDON

Project Manager required for Schools Capital Programme with Projects from Strategic Definition to Handover, candidate to be based from my client's offices in North London for a 10 Month contract.

You must be able to provide evidence of recent experience as a Senior Construction Project Manager on Schools Capital Programmes, dealing with Projects from Strategic Definition to Handover; track record may be verified by References from recent Employers.

Evidence of excellent Project Management skills:

Intelligence, analysis, communication, teamwork, calmness, time management, budgeting, tenacity to drive process, public procurement, management of consultants, chairing meetings, accurate minute taking, progress reporting, risk management, resolution of issues, administrative diligence.

Ideal Qualifications are Chartered Surveyor or equivalent Construction Professional Qualification.
