Project Manager Collateral

Our client, a leading investment bank, currently seeks a Project Manager to be based in London.

The Project Manager will be responsible for:
-Ensuring all Collateral is properly captured in CMS for Basel II
-RWA Reporting and efficiency management
-Identify process inefficiencies and try to streamline such requirements to better service clients
-Work with RMs to achieve sensible lending structures that balance risk with client requirements
-Regular risk assessment and due diligence
-Managing workstream budget and expenses, ensuring accruals
-Keep within budgets while supporting business growth requirements
-Achieve a robust operational risk structure by identifying and incorporating KRIs and KCSAs

The successful Project Manager will have the following skills and experience:
-Previous experience on Collateral, RWA, Basel projects
-Previous experience of RFI/RFP process
-Strong Project Manager skills
-Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills
-Strong problem solving & influencing skills
