Project Manager - Chinese and English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Responsible for the telecommunication project management including pre-sale support and post-sale implementation management in Hong Kong, Taiwan or Macau.
- Understand the customer requirements and the Contract Agreement contents. And then, break them down into concrete objectives and fulfil them.
- Responsible for the project organization forming, management and improvement.
- Responsible for the success of the project implementation, ensure the key performance like cost, progress, quality, scope etc. to meet the agreed goals.
- Responsible for internal Engineering process implementation and process audit.
- Responsible for the financial target achievement of the project, deliver the project within budget.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication/Electronics Engineering or other related field of study
- Over 10 years working experience in telecommunication with 5 years project management experience, experienced with international telecom services/products, wireless/IBS project is preferred
- Promote team work. Proven track record in leading a team to achieve targeted project goal is preferred.
- Good interpersonal communication and presentation skills
- With PMP and equivalent certificate is preferred
- Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese AND/OR Mandarin
- Candidates with more experiences will be considered as Senior Project Manager
