For our client, a global international bulk terminalling company, we are looking for a Project Manager - Capex (m/f) on a freelance basis.

Project duration: 12 Months (up to 2 year project)
Location: Hamburg

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for the safety, planning & engineering for a newly acquired Terminal
- Ensuring teams for refurbishing work, piping and pump connectivity, Load infrastructure and upgrades are on time and functioning
- Deliver Safe Operations in a project environment
- Manage aspects of the projects assigned from Basic Engineering, Construction and Commissioning
- Manage 3rd party resource planning, engineering and implementing project works
- Handle the delivery of various projects to meet time, quality, budget, health and safety targets.

Your Skills:
- At least 8 years experience in a Capex environment in project management
- Very good understanding of Terminal Environments
- Experience in dealing with regulatory requirements
- Very good experience within the Oil & Gas industry (or Petrochemical, Terminal)
- Available on short notice
- Strong HSEC awareness
- Written and spoken English know-how is demanded, all documentation will be in English
