Project Manager/Business Operations Engineer (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Good understanding of all processes for Product Customization
- Management of requests for new security products or derivates
- Design of templates for new product families using the Order Entry Form tool
- Collect stakeholder requirements and drive progress at our IT supplier
- Handling of requests for Product Customization
- Collecting improvement requirements from stakeholders
- Drive realization of requirements at the IT supplier (Product Owner, Scrum Master background helpful)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor or Master or similar in Technical Information, Industrial Engineering and Management or similar
- Background in Semiconductor Technology or in areas of Operation is appreciated
- Advanced skills in Stakeholder Management (MUST HAVE)
- Advanced experience in Agile way of working and requirement management (MUST HAVE)
- Experiences with collaboration tools, especially CollabNet and MS Office
- Basic understanding of information security and cryptography is an advantage
- Basic knowledge on Quality methods like 8D and FMEA
- Fluent English language skills, fluent German language skills would be beneficial
