JOB DESCRIPTION:

The program PRIME' aims to build a harmonised and integrated system for the prudential supervision of the Banking and Insurance sector. The FRA (Financial Risk Analysis) project represents one of the strategic projects of the program. It sets up a new solid architecture and built an integrated and modular system to support the financial risk analysis processes. It replaces the current Banking reporting application and Insurance reporting application by the new FRA application with generic functions such as control panel, static and flexible dashboards, Alert, multidimensional analysis. It integrates new Belgian and European reporting among them CRD4 and Solvency2.

The role of the FRA business project manager is to plan, execute, track and ensure that all deliverables in charge by the FRA business team will be delivered in due time.

He (She) leads, participates to the definition and integration of other data sources and reports which support the Financial risk analysis processes.

He (She) works closely with the product owner, the FRA business team composed of business analysts and business experts, the IT development team to ensure that the FRA project meets the project and program objectives.

He (She) works closely with the Prime PMO, other project managers of the program to ensure the coherence of the To Be solution.

GENERAL SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

- Planning, organizing and prioritising
- Leadership and motivation skill
- Analytical, conceptual and synthetic skills
- Ability to effectively manage the responsibilities of multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluent in English,written and verbal communication will be in French and/or Dutch.

Technical knowledge:

- Demonstrated experience as Business analyst, working in all phases of project from requirement gathering, user acceptance test to project delivery
- Demonstrated data reporting and BI experiences: data architecture, data model, data analysis, dashboard
- Skilled at training and coaching others in the process of data reporting and BI
-Ability to work with business and IT teams and to lead a team
- Knowledge in Project management processes
- Business architecture, Process modelling is an advantage
- Knowledge in SDLC methodology, Agile methodology is an advantage

Education and experience:

- At least 5 years of experience as Business analyst
- At least 5 years of experience in data life cycle management, and data reporting
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- At least 5 years of experience in conceptual data model
- At least 5 years of experience in business requirement management
- At least 3 years of experience in leading BI projects/data reporting project
- Proven experience in the User Acceptance Testing
- Working in Insurance sector or in Banking sector is an advantage
