My client a leading Investment and Asset Management specialist is currently seeking a Manager - (Business Implementation) for an initial period of 6 months. This role involves taking responsibility for a group of projects simultaneously. The projects will include the on-boarding of significant new business wins, the building of new business models, re-structuring of existing client business and re-engineering initiatives. The main purpose of this role is to ensure projects are delivered within the timescales and to budget, highlighting and resolving issues as they arise.

The day to day responsibilities will include:

- Providing quality project delivery in line with the strategic objectives of the business
- Providing lead input to the department's contribution to the business area's balanced score card
- Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with clients and their Third Parties
- Implement new business and business change to timescale, budget and to the requisite standard and quality
- Identify and mitigate project risks with an objective of zero defects once business transferred to the live environment
- Manage and develop a team of staff who are responsible for the delivery of projects either within the Department or as a collective project team from across the business

Your skills and experience will include:

- Project Management experience particularly in the area of multiple work streams
- Detailed knowledge of Investment Accounting and Fund Administration
- Experience in business and process analysis and re-engineering
- Experience of planning and delivery of business change initiatives through complete project life cycle
- Professional accountancy qualification or evidence of good working knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to plan and organise workload to meet deadlines, taking into account relative priorities and risk profile.
- Ability to analyse and document business requirements and onward communicate to the project team
- Ability to build and maintain good working relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
