Reinforce the department of business architecture / replace the project manager who supports the program manager for our Digital Leadership program

Function description
Supporting the program manager of the digital program
° To define the impact of the required changes on the architecture and the project portfolio
° To build a bridge between business and IT
° To help prepare the meetings of the digital program (steerco's, core teams)
° To keep an overview of the deliverables of the program and of the connected projects

Implementing to Business Architecture
° To define, document and promote Business Architecture in coherence with IT architecture
° To guard the coherence and the transversal character of Business Architecture by supporting and challenging the studies & projects within the bank
° By proposing improvements of the AS IS on middle and long term

Working as Business Architect
° Identify, analyse and rationalise the required business architecture within an entity or a domain, in collaboration with the IT architects.
° Define, formalise & maintain the fundamentals of business architecture to guard the coherence between strategic, domain and functional dimensions
° To support projects & studies in their design and implementations of solutions (to make sure that the strategy and the operational efficiency is respected, that the selected solution respects the principals of business architecture, to collaborate with IT & data architects)

Master or equivalent by experience in business architecture / project management / program management

Certification
A project management and / or process management certification is a plus

Thorough knowledge of business architecture and process / project management
