Project Manager - Business Analyst - 4 Month Contract

Our Client is Seeking a Project Manager Business Analyst to join their team for a four month Contract with possible extension.

Experienced Project Manager/Business Analyst to undertake scoping and costing options for migration of Government Department IT services between service providers.

SELECTION CRITERIA

- Broad and in-depth experience with IT Services transformation and/or migration projects, especially in Government;
- Strong communication skills with
- demonstrated ability to liaise and facilitate discussion at all levels, including Executive and technical;
- Demonstrated ability to undertake analysis (especially related to IT Services costs and concerns) and negotiate, present and document analysis outcomes;
- Ability to work under pressure and to very tight deadlines
- Relevant PM/BA qualifications/certifications

DESIRABLE

- Good understanding of IT infrastructure concerns, especially hosting and security;

The PM/BA will work with across organisational and functional boundaries and with various levels of stakeholders, including infrastructure and enterprise architects, business stakeholders and service delivery management.

Deliverables required in addition to standard project management deliverables may include scoping documents, cost/benefit analyses, migration plans, risk assessments etc.
