PROJECT MANAGER - BRUSSELS, BELGIUM

LANGUAGES: ENGLISH, FRENCH and DUTCH (TRILINGUAL)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Obtained a Masters degree (Economics, Science, IT)
- Between 5 years and 10 years experience in the management of projects, programs or portfolios:
- Experience in insurance is an asset
- Familiar with MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Knowledge and experience of project management methodologies such as Prince 2, Scrum/Agile
- Familiar with Prince 2 and Agile Methodology
- Familiar with Mifid and Insurance content
- Very good analytical skills and are able to assimilate the details while having a helicopter view
- Good organizational skills
- Solution oriented and can easily act as a mediator.
- Assertive, persuasive and you know how to easily enthuse entourage

DESCRIPTION OF WORK:

- Responsible for project portfolio management and end-to-end project management
- Follow-up of business and IT projects "end to end", in close collaboration with the different departments
- Ensure that the governance in place on projects works
- Ensure reporting from a quantitative and qualitative point of view
- Facilitate the monitoring and reporting of the workload of teams identified as "critical resources"
- Contribute to the preparation of the arbitrage scenarios, the anticipation of risks
- Decisions making in case of resource conflicts or timing
- Project situation up to date in the Project/Portfolio Management tool
- As part of the central project management team, you contribute to the improvement of project management tools and methods
- For the central project portfolio management team, you provide the information needed to make decisions
