Project Manager - Audit & Coaching in Dubai

Project Manager to Audit and Coach for one of world's LEADING ORGANISATIONS and GLOBAL BRANDS

You must have rescued troubled CMMI and Agile projects and nursed them back to life, you will have a strong methodology background and implemented new versions of these in previous companies.

You will have worked on many projects, with exposure to various project types - in house build, package acquisition, enhancements, infrastructure etc., project size and complexity, project duration, SDLC, agile will be key in this role.

Part of the role will be working with other PMs more senior or junior than you and have a project management coaching or audit discussion Attention to detail must be excellent as you will have to spot problematic areas in finances, requirements, PM artefacts and also spot the psych unspoken messages in the project team

Minimum 10 years of specialist technical experience, ideally within a project based IT environment. During which it should include IT Project management (minimum 4 years), with a good experience to industry standard Project management and Development life Cycles, Change implementation planning and management, Systems Development Management, PM tools, Application support & Business analysis, People management Experience in IT project management in a CMMI environment will definitely be an added advantage.

Excellent and assertive communications and influencing/negotiating skills ideal pre-requisite for all positions.
