Projektbeschreibung
Adecco IT is currently looking for an experienced PROJECT MANAGER on behalf of its client, a major global company in the Healthcare sector located in Basel.
PROJECT SCOPE:
The Project Manager will be responsible for managing application or infrastructure projects. He is accountable for the successful implementation of technical solutions (Google Docs/Gmail/Communications) through effective planning and execution throughout all phases of our project management methodology
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Formulates and defines scope/objectives of the project in collaboration with the responsible Solution Owner
- Ensures communication and agreement of project goals, schedule baselines, and business direction to all identified stakeholders
- Identify all relevant project stakeholders and IMPLEMENT AN APPROPRIATE COMMUNICATION PLAN to manage their requirements.
- Deliver the project on time, on approved (baseline) budget, within quality limits, and with the expected benefits, as defined at project entry and project baseline gates and through controlled and documented change management throughout project delivery, as needed
- Manage 3rd party software vendor and/or System Integrator resources as needed to ensure project delivery.
- In charge of tracking of "in progress", "completed", etc. migrations for project metrics reporting
- Actively manages risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies (RAID) by carefully assessing potential impacts in collaboration with the respective project teams and proposing appropriate mitigation actions
- Responsible to identify, actively manage and integrate with any dependent projects or activities..
REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- 7+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager using structured project management processes
- Deep understanding of various System Development Life Cycles (Waterfall, Agile, iterative, etc.)
- Ability to manage medium to large (>2Mio CHF, >30 team members), multifunctional projects across multiple global locations
- Proven ability to obtain results in a global, Matrix environment
- EXCEPTIONAL LISTENING, PROBLEM SOLVING, NEGOTIATION, AND FACILITATION SKILLS
- PROVEN LEADERSHIP ABILITIES AND EMOTIONAL INTELLIGENCE
- Demonstrated success handling initiatives of significant complexity and risk
- PMP, PRINCE2 (OR EQUIVALENT) CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
- Plus: Experience managing IT projects in GxP validated environments
- Plus: Experience managing offshore contract resources
MISCELLANEOUS:
- STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT IS MANDATORY
- EXPERIENCE WITH THE LAUNCH OF INTERNAL COMMUNICATION POLICIES
- Fluent English
- Travel expected up to 25%
