Job Description:

-Project Manager who understands the Supply Chain process, includingpackaging and labeling activities and the associated most recent safetyfeatures/anti-counterfeiting technologies

Major responsibilities:

- Coordinate the Safety Features expert team activities (functionslisted above);
- Responsible for the coordination and implementation of allactivities relating to anti-counterfeiting IT and packagingtechnologies including on-line coding, serialization, tracking andtamper evidence;
- Accountable to the Anti-counterfeiting PM for delivering overallproject's objectives within scope, schedule, cost and quality;
- Ensure consistent and harmonized solutions across all individualmarket and technical solutions; 
- Involved with the planning, controlling and monitoring, and alsomanaging and directing the assigned individual project leaders toensure on time implementation of all individual market or technicalprojects;
- Collect progress metrics data

Safety Features related initiatives

Job responsibilities:

Accountable to the Anti-Counterfeiting Program Leader, theAnti-Counterfeiting Safety Features Project Manager is responsible tomanage and coordinate all the cross-functional activities associatedwith the implementation of the safety features needs to meetrequirements coming from several major markets for approved drugs.
Such markets currently include China, USA, Europe, Argentina and SouthKorea but could expand should new similar regulations be enforced inother geographies.
For the sake of clarity, safety features definition covers technologiessuch as on-line coding, serialization, tamper evidence as well asproduct trace and tracking.
Report to Head of Quality Systems and Site Operations within ProductSupply QA acting as Anti-Counterfeiting Program Leader.

Specific professional/technical expertise and key competenciesrequired: 

- (mandatory) Min years' experience required as Project Manager: 5years.

o Certifications in Project Management (eg. PMI, PRINCE?)
o Strong familiarity with project management software (eg. MS Project)
- (mandatory) Experience in Packaging/labeling in Pharmaceuticalindustry is a high plus.
- (mandatory) Master Scientific University degree (Pharmaceutical,Engineering...) 
- Language: English mandatory
- Knowledge of 6 sigma/lean is a plus
