Project Manager

Monthly preparation and leading of Supply Governance Meetings:
- Analysis of KPI's on product, Suppliers and Platforms/Regions level
- Organization and preparation of the governance Meetings and summary consolidation
- Distribution of Meeting Minutes with active monitoring and challenging of open topics.
- Support the organization of regular meetings to share the development with the management
- Analysis of Open Order Book, incl. stock coverage for driving correct allocation proposals
- Regular communication to the key stakeholder (internal and external)
- Distribution of meeting minutes focusing on defined action points; active monitoring and follow up of these actions

Project Management:
- Participation and management of diverse projects on demand

SAP/SYSTEM:
- SAP [Including SHAPE Up in 2016].
- Training [SAP/Reporting]: Making sure that SAP usage is improving year on year, which includes training on both functionality & reporting.

Reporting:
- Measures global KPI's
- Responsibility for Inventory Projections & Monthly Inventory Reporting
