Proteus Europe is searching for Bilingual Project Manager speaking either French or Dutch as well as English for a 12 month contract in Brussels.

Your New role:-
The position falls in the domain of Digital Customer Intimacy and Experience for Enterprises. The aim of the aim of the primary project is to extend online servicing and digitalisation of document for the clients customers.
This will cover;
Online customer on boarding
The project is to focus on providing a solution to allow customers to complete and sign documents digitally with secure processes and provides a customer friendly experience.
The project will also realize internal process optimization in the following ways:
Reduce administrative workload for the Front Office and Middle/Back Office
Limit rework by improving the quality of completed documents
Improve follow-up of document completion through Real Time statistics and automated reminders.
Scope includes all initiatives to improve the online platform for corporate customers
