I am currently looking for a Project manager with 2-3 years of experience for a long term contract based in Brussels.

- The Project will aim to extend online servicing and digitalisation of document for customers.

The Project manager will ideally have the following skills and expertise:

- Online customer on boarding.
- Find a solution to allow customers to complete and sign documents digitally
- Secure processes.
- Customer friendly experience On the other hand the project will also realize internal process optimization in the following ways:
- Reduce administrative workload for the Front Office and Middle/Back Office
- Limit rework by improving the quality of completed documents
- Improve follow-up of document completion through Real Time statistics and automated reminders Scope includes all initiatives to improve our online platform for corporate customers
