Project Manager

Our client in Brussels (Belgium) is looking for aBILINGUALProject Manager ( DUTCHand/or FRENCH with at least good understanding of the other language).

The ideal candidate is an experienced ICT PM who is also business orientated and able to talk and handle with different (business) actors. The PM needs to be able to collaborate & functionally understand the project and help develop the processes. He/she has previous experience in leading teams in big architectural change with an deep comprehension of the underlying technology. Experience with project or application development based on Microsoft technology.

MUST HAVE'S

- 7 years of relevant experience as Project Manager
- Strong project management background in ICT, or in BU but with clear links to ICT
- Experience with Java and .net development projects
- 3rd party management and public RFP-process knowledge
- Very strong analytical skills in order to understand and be able to challenge business requirements
- Experience with PRINCE II/Agile
- Resource management and capacity planning
