SUMMARY

- In-house site acquisition for multiple programs
- Coordinate the review of lease packages for all C&E programs
- Work with the site acquisition vendors, in-house management and outside legal counsel to ensure quality leasing packages.
- Candidate will be responsible for the review and processing of leasing documents for all programs in the market.
- Will work with multiple Project Managers and Area Managers to ensure lease documents are processing from initial lease to full execution.
- Will be responsible for tracking and updating internal systems, as well as ensuring external vendors are on schedule and following internal processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

- Previous contract review or paralegal desired.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, and acute attention to detail.

- High school diploma

- PART
- ACMS
- Microsoft Office Suites
- Project Management
- PMP certification
- 5 year experience minimum.
- Team player and environment.
