Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are looking for an organized, detail oriented, and proactive Project Lifecycle Coordinator with strong verbal and written communication to support the day-to-day functions on the Web Production team.

INTAKE COORDINATION AND SUPPORTING WEB OPERATIONS WEB PRODUCTION TEAM BY:

- Managing team bandwidth needs
- Running Daily SCRUM calls to coordinate requests and order of deployment
- Understanding what types of requests based on SLA and pre-defined LOE
- Assessing for LOE, feasibility, bandwidth,
- Daily Triage of multiple intake systems
- Assigning new tickets within our assignment SLA
- Maintaining On-Call and After hours promotions calendar
- Ensuring timelines are being met (eg, Dev Preview, Testing, etc.)
- Assign Peer Review/ensure there are some available
- Creating and managing the On Call calendar
- Notifying internal teams across company of critical issues
- Being on-site during escalations, fire drills, etc. with Producers
- On-going communications and updates to the DCD organization

BUILD POC:

- Send out Deployment notification
- Maintain Build/Deployment Calendar
- Coordinate with internal teams as POC
- Be available to support NOD and be on-call for issues
- Prioritize requests that go to each weekly maintenance release

OTHER:

- Calendar Management - builds, freezes, coordination with other team's calendars (eg Dev, PCM, merchandising, after hours, holiday promotions, etc.) and communication out to the DCD organization
- Run Weekly Web Deployment meetings and Weekly Web Enhancement Status meetings, and provide detailed meeting minutes
- Weekly Reporting - Compile weekly reporting metrics for team dashboard; compile and send out weekly status report
- Partner with Manager on special projects and assignments

SKILLS:

SKILLS:

- Must have experience with MS Office suite, in particular, OneNote, Excel, and Visio
- Understanding of Web design/Web development concepts and processes. Preferably in an eCommerce Web site
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to interact and communicate professionally with all levels of staff and management as required to coordinate project deliverables, deliver status reports, and facilitate meetings
- Bachelors degree from a four year college/university or equivalent work experience required
- Wireless and/or telecommunications experienced desired (not required)
