PM required for my Financial services client that would preferably have finance background in some form but is not an IT PM.
PM needed who is good at looking at processes, dealing with Operational Subject Matter Experts, running workshops, coordinating and managing project plans/activities, communicating with stakeholders and managing their expectations, leading under pressure, problem solving skills.
