Project Manager

Rail - CDM - HOPS - Fleet Management - Six Sigma - Budget Control - Project Management

Our key Rail client are currently recruiting for a Project Manager on a contract basis for 5 months in Swindon.

This role will involve managing the delivery into service and transition to High Output Plant System in addition to managing other projects relating to the plant.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Delivery projects to time, cost and quality
- Develop supply strategies and framework contracts
- Control project change, risks and contingency.
- Assist in Company discharging duties under CDM Regulations.
- Identity areas for training in relation to safety
- Undertake accident investigations where necessary

KEY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Knowledge of Construction Design and Management ( CDM ) Regulations
- General knowledge of Health, Safety and Environmental Regulations
- Accident Investigation Experience
- Rail Plant engineering and fleet management knowledge.

DESIRABLE:

- Knowledge of investment processes procedures
- Knowledge and understanding of project and contract management
