Manage any outstanding questions or configuration requirements with the countries
Lead and project manage content migration from the old systems to the new Intranet
Develop solution with HRIT
Communicate to stakeholders (countries, administrators, steering committees)
Lead update meetings with countries and validate that all content has been updated and added to new Intranet
Liaison with BPO to ensure they are prepared to accept content
Lead UAT by partnering with BPO and obtaining needed resources in all countries
Assist in development of change management and training materials related to systems

REQUIRED SKILLS:
Strong PM skills
General understanding of technology/systems
Ability to communicate across diverse global audiences are key
Ability to learn quickly and interpret complex information in to tactical steps and plans
Understanding of our current state in HR when it comes to HR Online, MyHROnline, etc preferred but not required
