PROJECT MANAGER REDMOND, WA 11 MONTH CONTRACT

We re looking for a strong Project Manager (no program managers) that can lead a team of DevOps Support Engineers working N-Tiered support. This position requires a highly organized PM who can work closely with the customers, has Agile/DevOps experience, and has worked in a BI/Reporting environment. S/He will be assigned to a team of SEs with 5-10 members.

A highly prized skill is to work with silo'd, vendor teams and get them working as 1 team supporting the platform.

SUPPORT TEAM WILL BE WORKING ON THE FOLLOWING:

- Working on tickets and regularly working with customers to resolve issues
- Infrastructure monitoring
- Troubleshooting tickets and resolving incidents within the SLA
- Working closely with Dev and Test during build, deploy and test
- Tools include MOM/SCOM, TFS and VSTF
