Project Manager

Great opportunity for an experienced PROJECT MANAGER to assist with a large SAP integration and migration within the internal shared services function.

The objective of the role is to ensure the project(s) under management are delivered within budget, on schedule, and within agreed scope.

THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:

- Managing the project life cycle from initiation through to delivery to finish
- Engaging with varying stakeholders and business units to ensure estimations, budgets, time expectancies are agreed
- Managing the migration of multiple applications and data
- Managing stakeholder expectations and delivering successful results
- Creation of Complex Project Schedules, covering cost, time and resource requirements

TO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL POSSESS:

- Proven experience of managing complex SAP projects, application integration and data migration projects
- 8+ years Project Manager experience, leading multiple teams and vendors across various disciplines
- 7+ years experience managing multiple projects in complex, Matrix environment
- PMI/PMP/PRINCE2 qualifications, other project management qualifications
- IT/appropriate industry experience
- Management of project budgets > $5M
- Experience of delivering technology components into larger Business Unit led programmes of work
- Wide ranging application and infrastructure project experience (for example Integration, Middleware, SAP, Database, Security, Midrange, Mainframe)
- Excellent interpersonal skills; communication, time management and organisational
- Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills
- Strong team player
- Exposure to outsourcing or in-sourcing projects a bonus
