We are seeking a seasoned PM with Agile experience. We need experience in Business Intelligence application development which is strongly preferred. Experience in Financial Services industry is a plus.

SUMMARY:

- Deliver projects on time, within budget and meet strategic and business requirements.
- Create and maintain project plan: identify and schedule project deliverables, milestones, tasks; collect and report on progress to plan against individual project tasks as well as against the overall project.
- Perform project plan analysis to identify critical path and resource issues.
- Formulate and define scope and objectives of projects.
- Monitor the project from initiation through delivery and closure.
- Create a communication plan that includes both internal and external project communication documents, meetings, and reporting requirements including maintenance of the project data in the Project Portfolio database.
- Assign and monitor work of project team members, providing support and direction.
- Participate in issue and risk management identification and resolution.
- Assure compliance with FFIC project management policies and standards.
- Attend project meetings and capture decisions, issues, and action items.
- Manage project documentation within SharePoint including status reporting, meeting minutes, risks, issues, action items, and other communications.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Advanced proficiency of Project Management methodologies and tools including MS Project Server, SharePoint and MS Office applications
- Highly organized with good time management skills
- Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills
- Analytical thinker with creative problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree, PMP and CSM or PMI-ACP certification - preferred
