JD below:

- Understand high level requirement from BRD.
- Provide/propose technical solution as per the requirement stated in FRD.
- Prepare the Project Plan for the solution
- Execute the plan & track activities as per the Project Plan
- Co-ordinate between development team, BA & management team
- Communicate/update the status to management
- Resource Tracking
- Providing independent advice on the management of projects
- Organizing the various professional people working on a project
- Risk Assessment
- Ensuring all objectives for the engagement is met
- Ensuring quality standards are met and quality metrics are tracked
- Monitoring sub contractors, if any, for their effective deliverables
- Monthly, Weekly and On demand reporting
- Development and enhancement of talent in the project
- Conflict management between the team leads and team members
- Analysis and reporting on financial parameters of the engagement
