Vacancy: Project Manager Location: Chelmsford Salary: Negotiable DOE An exciting opportunity has arisen at a leading UK OEM for a Project Manager to lead a Project Team in the day to day delivery of project and also support the Project Delivery Director, Installation in the roll out of Department Quality Improvement initiatives.This role will give you the chance to stamp your mark on a company that is making its mark in a world leading industry. As the Project Manager?. You'll carry out detailed Project Risk Assessments, prepare Risk Response Planning in liaison with other stakeholders. You'll be the prime point of contact between the Customer and GMSL for the contracted project in conjunction with the Clients nominated representative. You'll manage contracted project according to established procedures; these may vary according to the nature of the project, i.e. subsea cable maintenance, installation, marine renewables, defence, survey, Oil and Gas, Power Cables. You'll be the prime person responsible to ensure project budget is maintained or improved whilst ensuring best levels / balance of quality, cost, time and scope are met. You?. You'll be educated to degree/equivalent level in an engineering discipline and will have a thorough knowledge of the marine engineering industry, encompassing Telecoms, Power, Oil and Gas and other core and non-core marine sectors.
