Project Manager

PROJECT MANAGER NEEDED IN MEMPHIS!

Responsible for the creation, development, and implementation of Finance strategic initiatives, operational improvement and compliance activity including system enhancements. Manage multiple concurrent projects for new and existing initiatives. Lead and coordinate large cross-functional teams. To be successful, this person will require a unique combination of finance, business case development, financial analysis and management, project management, strategic insight and ability to interact with Internal and external Senior management. Assist in identification and prioritization of Finance strategic initiatives, operational improvement and compliance activities including 3 year strategic planning. includes creation of detailed business cases and requirements and working with Product, Operations, IT, Corporate Compliance, Project Management Office and Division Leadership to determine feasibility and impact. 

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS NEEDED:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Health Care, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
- 5-7 years experience with 2-3 years of significant project management and cross-functional experience
- PMP or type Six Sigma certification preferred
- Excellent PC skills including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, MS Visio & MS Access tools. SharePoint Designer experience preferred.
- Experience working cross-functionally to coordinate plans and execute against tight timelines and budgets
- Excellent communication and reporting skills, including executive level presentations
- Demonstrated ability to manage others - both internal and external to Finance group.
- Knowledge of PBM or Healthcare industry including Medicare and Medicaid compliance preferred
- Willingness and ability to travel.
