The role of Programs Manager is to manage specific customer orders that have been identified as high risk.
Key Responsibilities
Work with the relevant sales managers to identify the customer requirements and risks
Use Program Management tools to manage the order up until delivery and acceptance
Manage a small team of project managers
Provide internal and customer status reports
Hold regular conference calls with the customer
Produce customer specific technical deliverable documents
Requirements
University degree or diploma in Electronic or Aerospace Engineering
Min 3 years experience of managing complex aerospace projects
Fluent English
It would be desirable to have the following experience/knowledge:
Aircraft Flight Test or Flight Test Instrumentation
Analog and digital electronics design
Instrumentation and signal processing
Engineering data analysis
Project Management qualification (PRINCE/PMP)
Management of engineers
