Project Manager

Be responsible for project managing the development of a new IT system.

The existing IT system is end-of-life. A scoping project in 2013 delivering a blueprint outlining options for the replacement system has been completed.

The Project Manager will:

- Manage the system replacement project using agreed methodology
- Work with an external company to develop project management documentation
- Manage request for quote processes for development of the replacement system.
- Manage system development timelines and related reporting
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders
- Lead the development of detailed business requirements
- Report to the project and/or programme board as required.

SECRET/NV1 clearance need only apply.

- Evidence of 3 + years experience in managing IT projects
- Strong business, interpersonal, verbal and written communication and consulting skills at all levels
- An appreciation of Government policies on Workplace Diversity, Workplace Participation, and Occupational Health and Safety and the ability to apply and promote them within the workplace.
