Project Manager

Leads the delivery of a highly complex project(s). 
Sets clear objectives and defined deliverables. 
Develops cost benefit analyses for the project, communicates to an executive committee, creates and reports project status utilizing a dashboard, allocates resources, defines project governance policies and manages the financial concerns. 
Utilizes and effectively communicates technical components of an initiative to applicable parties.
Ability to lead a cross-functional team while motivating team members to their highest potential. 
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills. 
Excellent analytical skills. 
Interfaces effectively with all levels and across organizational lines, including the business units. Effectively utilizes external vendors and internal resources. 
Demonstrated success at building team relationships and partnerships across organizational lines. 
Experience Level: PMP or Project Management Professional Certification highly desirable; plus minimum 5+ years of direct relevant experience. 

Required skills: 

Minimum 5 years project management experience. Strong Project Management background, must have strong communication, collaboration, ability to influence, ability to serve as bridge bringing many stakeholders together, must be self-starter, self-directed, strong team player, able to get up to speed quickly, highly flexible, and able to work in compressed timelines. 

HEALTHCARE IS REQUIRED.

Meetings on a weekly basis to track their hours spent working in collaboration with our third party vendor.
Faciliates with the vendor (regional, case installation team) to provide status updates to a team of about 25 
Must have excellent communication skill in order to provide status updates to the team 

Top 5 daily responsibilities:
Lead program meetings, report status, represent project in various forums, identify and address issues and risks, collaborate with stakeholders and workstreams, monitor and track deliverables, track and report on financial status of all in-flight work (includes some invoicing activities), and manage TPA (third party administrator vendor relationship as single point of contact for the various active projects
