*PMP certified Project Manager with experience delivering healthcare solution to market. Candidate with product delivery implementation experience needed to assist the MAS Region with the implementation of Health Exchanges initiative. Expertise with bringing products to market and delivering a positive member experience desired. 

Purpose of position is to manage and facilitate a multi-disciplinary team in the redesign of specific functional areas. Desired outcomes include a structure and functional processes that are efficient, while maintaining/improving service and quality. 

Size of Team: 4-5 individuals on Core Project Team, 12-15 on Design Team 

BA or BS required, PMP or Project Management Professional Certification required; plus minimum 5-7+ years of direct relevant experience. 

Interviews will be a panel interview (two interviewers) Face to Face 

Job Description: 
Process improvement, facilitating mid-large multi-disciplinary teams and project planning. 
Will be Leading the delivery of a highly complex project. 
Will be Setting clear project objectives and defined deliverables for projects 
Individual will need to be a systems thinker, demonstrate initiative, and exert influence. 
Able to construct and de-construct processes, utilize internal/external benchmarking in driving change. 
Must be experience at Project planning/coordination, analysis, facilitation, communications and follow through. 
Communicates to an executive sponsor committee, create project status reports utilizing a dashboard, 
Will be interfacing effectively with multiple functional levels, including the business units. 

Required Skills: 
Must have experience in process improvement, facilitating mid-large multi-disciplinary teams and project planning. 
Prior experience in leading functional area redesigns would be beneficial. 
Individual will need to be a systems thinker, demonstrates initiative, and exerts influence 
Must have Excellent analytical skills 
Requires excellent oral and written communication skills as well as business presentation skills.
