RESPONSIBILITIES:

Job Description: (What will the NPW do on that project?)

Manage high value long term strategic projects that involve new and/or enhancing technology, are highly complex, and require tight coordination and integration with multiple organizations and suppliers.
Provides overall direction and technical or analytical guidance to project and program teams that typically span multiple organizations and may also include outside suppliers/vendors. Leads large cross functional teams to manage programs within allotted timeline and budget. Work with external vendors and internal stakeholders to champion program/project(s) across the entire organization. Develops detailed work plans, schedules, estimates, resource plans, and status reports. Leads program meetings and is responsible for program tracking and analysis. Ensure adherences to quality standards and reviews program/project deliverables. Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables. Provides technical and analytical guidance to project team. Manage project completions (LTE, UMTS, NSB, and all other modifications) from issuance of work order to turn up including finance and timeline forecasts. This position requires 5 years of experience working in the wireless cell site deployment/modification arena. The candidate must have experience managing vendors in all aspects of site deployment specializes in planning and working with various jurisdictions in the greater Los Angeles Area. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, be able to work independently, be able to work on scheduling and reporting, have an understanding of capital budget management, have familiarity with FAA/FCC and EH&S compliance requirements related to antenna cell sites, have strong data management skills, and be able to read and understand architectural drawings. The candidate must also have strong computer skills and a mastery of MS Excel. This position need to be strong and have direct experience in SAQ, from lease negotiations, understanding of compliance, zoning and building permit process, understanding how to expedite and account for our vendor partners activity. An understanding of AT&T databases and process is a must or recent experience from our partner vendor is preferred. The candidate should understand civil doability versus design and the roadblocks in equipment and component changes. Candidate should be comfortable in dealing directly with difficult Landlords, City Planners, Wireless Consultants and Legal. An understanding of accountability of cost from our vendor partners and lease documents/MLA
