Project Manager

Project manager in Telecoms required for multi-national.
Background on Telecom network architecture, IVR design, Call routing and Telecom process for Call center
* Experience in IVR call flow design
* Demonstrated strong understanding of working with an outsourced call center and Telecom Carrier
* Demonstrated deployment experience on international projects, working with different cultures and time zone
* Min. 2 years or more experience in Telecoms industry and/or IVR management
* Min. 2 years or more experience in international project management
* Strong Can-Do and result oriented attitude
* Experience in cross group collaboration with international teams and different cultures
* Experience within support/customer care environment.
* Ideally vendor management experience.
* Good structured Executer with Project management skills in international environment
* Good Telecoms knowledge in service number types, basic architecture of routing scenarios and technology + IVR call flow design and deployment
* Contact Centre Management experience
* Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate

You will work as part of the Operations team whose purpose is to support the EMEA business in region with configuration and deployment of Telecoms infrastructure, especially IVR application, call flows and call routing. The role includes operational support, troubleshooting of incidents and change management.
