Project Manager

Huxley Associates is looking to recruit an experienced Project Manager on behalf of aLancashirebased Engineering Consultancy. The position is available on a 12 month contract.

The company in question have recently won a large order to manufacture a tooling line for a customer within the aerospace industry. What they require now is an experienced Project Manager who can come in and deliver the project.

We require an experienced Project Manager who will make closely with the customer to determine their requirements and then oversee the design and manufacture of the tooling range whilst ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.

To be considered you must be able to demonstrate a successful track record of delivering engineering related projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with the client and manage any changes to the project from both an engineering and commercial perspective.

The successful candidate will create and log coordinate memos, own the project plan, run weekly WebEx/telecom, have engineering and commercial impact awareness, track change management and control data release.

Ideally you will come from the aerospace industry and/or have worked on tooling related projects but this is not essential. The successful candidate will be required to travel to site inEuropeonce a month (for up to 2 nights).To find out more about Huxley Associates please visit www.huxley.com
