Project Manager

We are currently adding a Technical Consultant - Paragon to our team in the Charlotte, NC office. Plans and conducts technical tasks associated with the implementation of client solution sets working with clients and internal resources at the client site or remotely. Project manages the technical tasks associated with the implementation of the business solutions in complex environments assuring the timely and quality completion of the deliverables.

Partners with clients in planning, executing technical tasks such as conversions, interfaces, integration, issue resolution, assessment of system environment readiness, installation. Mentors and provides technical assistance to client and internal resources. May lead multiple technical projects simultaneously and is the main point of contact for a client. Provides recommendations on the process improvements related to implementation processes and leads the efforts to create improvements.

Skills:

8+ years of implementation experience of information systems including 5+ years of healthcare industry related experience. Experience with multiple programming languages, hardware installation, Network installation, Operating System knowledge, Client Server environment, Object Oriented concepts and Database Management knowledge.

Additional Knowledge & Skills:

- Practical experience with, Hardware installation and upgrades, Network installation, Operating System installs and upgrades, Client Server environment, Object Oriented concepts and Database Management knowledge.
- 2+ years experience with SQL performing Healthcheck & upgrades. Experience with hospital financial and clinical systems. Excellent verbal and written skills. Ability to work with hospital executives, management and technical personnel.
- Must be able to travel up to 80%

Education

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Mathematics or equivalent experience. Information Services Management degree may be preferred.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE

- Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE) (Optional)
- MCITP: Server Administrator on Windows Server 2008 (Optional)
- MCITP: SQL Database Administrator 2008 (Required) 
- Microsoft Certified Trainer MCT (Optional)
