Project Manager

POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Our client is looking for Sr Project Manager to add to their team in Philadelphia, PA

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Commercial health insurance experience.
- Strong PM Leadership experience in healthcare
- Comfortable dealing with ambiguity; able to rapidly adapt to a changing business/regulatory climate
- Strong Medicare or Medicaid hands-on working experience required
- Demonstrated bold Project Management leadership is a must, with the ability to recognize what needs to be accomplished, and finds a way to accomplish it with minimal conflict
- Persistent and able to stay the course despite setbacks and challenges
- Flexible and able to adjust his/her management style to build relationships and accommodate the needs of the project team and stakeholders
- Effective communicator, able to build rapport and trust with individuals at all levels of the organization
- Healthcare Product development experience preferred
- Proficient with MS Project/Office 2010
