Project Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager to work on the high profile Astute Submarine Programme.

The Successful applicant will be required to deliver a portfolio of change improvements within the Astute Submarine Programme to drive predictable schedule adherence and meet existing affordability challenges against an agreed strategy.

Key responsibilities include:
Scope out workstreams
Develop detailed plans
Secure resources
Manage delivery across organisation functions within Submarines
Manage Senior Stakeholders across BAE & MOD
Develop metrics to underpin delivery of the workstreams
Develop metrics to underpin the realisation of benefits
Manage BAE & MOD cost engineering resource to support validation of cost & benefit
Co-ordinate on Financial reporting for the overall programme and realisation of opportunities
Manage up to 2 Project Engineers
