OVERVIEW:
Our industry leading client requires a Project Manager to work within the Customer Services Workstream.
Key Requirements:
- Project delivery into the Customer Services environment
- Co-ordinate and contribute to the design, development and specification of new/revised processes and documentation,
- Implement Changes into the Customer Services environment
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with appropriate colleagues
- Experience of providing project management support to major change projects.
- Experience in supporting low/medium risk/impact projects.
- Excellent Stakeholder Management skills
- Understanding of Programme delivery and Group methodology
