Three key Fraud Prevention applications are at end of life and each requires an options analysis to identify the options for these systems and the costs of each. This will be input to Fraud Prevention to decide what approach they wish to take for each system.

Role
*Manage the Define stage, including Options Analysis and production of ROM estimates for the options
*Day to day Project management of Options Analysis and ROM estimates
*Project resourcing, planning, control, financial management, forecasting, reporting, risks and issues
*Representation of project in governance forums
*Manage the Define stage for COM Estimation of chosen solution, if a technology based option is chosen as the way forward

Key knowledge and Experience

Essential experience:
*Previous experience of Define stage and Options Analysis
*Engaging and managing other platform teams
*Managing 3rd Party application technology suppliers, providing technology and resource
*Working with offshore delivery teams, internal and external

Desirable
* Knowledge of Fraud Prevention systems
